This exhibition corresponds to the launch of Colin Page's debut book, Object Narrative — a celebration of still life painting that invites readers to pause, look closely, and find wonder in the ordinary. Object Narrative includes more than 40 full-color reproductions of his still life paintings—each a testament to the quiet drama and unexpected elegance found in the everyday.
“I wanted this book to feel like a conversation between the viewer and the objects I paint,” says Page. “Each of these still lifes is a portrait of family and connection, an exploration of color, and a collection of memorable objects. This book welcomes viewers into the work through the stories and motivations behind these paintings.”
In addition to the artwork, the book features thoughtful essays and process notes by Page, offering insights into his techniques, inspiration, and reflections on the creative act of observation. This debut publication is not just for art lovers or collectors—it’s a compelling invitation to slow down and see the world with fresh eyes.
